Tennis Tutor - Modeling Your Coach

Tennis Tutor - Modeling Your CoachTennis is a sport in which each player model themselves after their coach. What this means to you is that your coach's skills are the standard to which you model yourself. If he or she hits a long ball and you find that you miss it, then you want to hit it again. The idea is that tennis tutors (or coaches) want their players to get on the court and play well. If you hit a ball well and get on the court without getting hit back, then your coach will be pleased with you. If you do not deliver, your coach will be unhappy with you. If you do not play the way that you are supposed to play and your coach gets mad at you, it is very difficult to go back. Most of us know that tennis players model themselves after their coaches. This is part of the game for a reason. When your coach comes out to hit you, you want to hit it again, because if you don't, you might get sent off the court. Your coach needs to think about you more than anyone else on the court. One th ing you can do as a player model yourself after your coach. You can study the tennis shots of your coach and try to emulate them. The most important thing is to try to repeat the shots back to your coach. It may take a while to do this, but when you do, your coach will realize that you have picked up your lesson from watching them. What does this mean for you? Well, if you have some sort of learning disability, you can use this method to model yourself after your coach. If your coach teaches you how to hit a ball and you make an error, try to replay the ball and replay the error. Once you have done this ten times, you should be able to do itwith no problem. When you want to model yourself after your coach, then you want to get out there and practice. This may take a few months before you start doing it right, but when you start hitting that ball right, you can count on the fact that it will happen every time. You want to do this because the coach will notice that you are doing the wor k to get better.Your tennis tutor may be thinking that his or her player model is making you a dud. Maybe they have no choice, because every time you play the next game and you get to hit the ball, your coach will be mad. Once your coach notices this, your coach is going to want to continue to model for you and mold you into being a good player.Every single time you are out on the court with your tutor, you are modeling yourself after your coach. When you play well, you get better and get a lot of practice to hit that ball hard and accurate. When you play badly, you learn from your mistakes and when you get frustrated, you try to get better.
